A Brainblaze project, though the end product may be a bit wacky, is always rooted in sound strategy and objectives. Without a plan or something to aim for, time will be lost and we cannot create the best final product to compel the most current and potential customers to a desired action.

1. Organize : Get together all of your thoughts and pull together 'scrap' to act as a springboard.
2. Analyze : We will sit down, review everything and dissect everything from step one.
3. Strategize : At this point we will define the goals, objectives and appropriate vehicles for your effort.
4. Blaze : We put on our creative caps, generate and expose the work to your desired audience.
5. Quantize : After the campaign, it's time to reflect on its effectiveness and consider how it can be improved for your next push.

6. Round 2 Sketches - 25% of estimate fee due to continue project

8. Round 3 Comprehensives - 25% of estimate fee due to continue project

10. Final artwork - Remaining fees due before transfer of items


THE BIZ.

Working with Brainblaze will be easy, enjoyable and truly beneficial to the success of your business. Here are the terms of our business :

1. First and foremost, we truly appreciate you working together with us - Thank you.

2. Every project is billed on a 25% Stepped Payment system based upon an initial estimate of time, consumables and rights (when appropriate).

The 25% Payment breakdown is as follows :
1st 25% is due to commence the project, before any work is undertaken
2nd 25% is due upon delivery of first round concepts/sketches
3rd 25% is due upon delivery of second round comprehensives
4th 25% plus any overage is due upon delivery of final project

4. All work is billed on an hourly basis, broken down to 15 minute increments and digitally tracked using Studiometry software.

5. You will receive digital invoices in .pdf format for processing via email
